Privacy Policy
This draft public privacy notice explains how PrivateForge may collect, use, share, and protect information. Review with counsel before production launch.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account information, workspace information, provider connection metadata, billing information, device/install metadata, support messages, usage logs, audit events, and security events. If you use Family Hub early access, we may collect family-group and member metadata needed to operate the workspace.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, operate multi-provider AI routing, manage providers and plugins, process billing, enforce plan limits, maintain audit logs, provide support, improve reliability, and communicate with users.
3. AI providers and connectors
When you connect a provider or connector, data may be sent to that provider or service only as needed to perform the task you initiate or authorize. Enterprise BYOK customers bring their own model credentials and pay providers directly.
4. Family and children
Family Hub is early access. Child-specific controls are planned. We do not knowingly market full child account functionality as generally available until those controls ship. Parents or guardians should supervise any child use during early access.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, connected providers you authorize, legal/compliance recipients when required, and business transfer recipients if applicable.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards including authentication controls, BYOK encryption for supported credentials, request scoping, audit logging, security headers, rate limits, and monitoring.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security/audit records. Enterprise retention settings may vary by contract.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain personal information, or opt out of certain uses. Contact privacy@privateforge.ai to make a request.
