1. Service

PrivateForge provides a multi-provider AI workspace with family, business, and enterprise profiles. Some features may be early access, in progress, or roadmap-only as stated on the site.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, provider credentials, and connected services. Enterprise BYOK users are responsible for provider relationships and provider-side billing.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use PrivateForge to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse services, bypass safety controls, attack systems, or process information without appropriate authorization.

4. AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other high-impact decisions.

5. Family early access

Family Hub child-specific controls are early access/planned unless expressly marked as available. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising child use.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Plan fees, credits, and enterprise contracts are described on the Pricing page or order form. Provider charges may be billed directly by third-party providers when you use BYOK/BYOA.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, especially beta, early access, or roadmap features.

8. Limitations

The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability limitations and dispute terms should be finalized by counsel.
